Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:
Supports company operations by maintaining office processes, procedures, systems and supervising staff. This position is critical to the success of the company. It is the main cog that keeps all the various departments and teams working together smoothly and easily. This role will review each teams metrics and report info directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for making sure that the processes are in place to meet minimum metrics by all staff.
Office/Operations Manager Job Duties:
Maintains office services and flow by organizing and managing office operations and procedures; overseeing payroll; controlling correspondence;; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions and overseeing internal staff and their daily responsibilities.
Oversees the daily and weekly employee schedule for both on site employees as well as sales team and traveling team.
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Works directly with the executives to delivery reports, financials, and weekly company results
Office/Operations Manager Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years as an Office or Operations Manger
Expert - Full MS Office Suite
Expert on Excel
Proficient on both a Mac and a PC
Tracking Budget Expenses,
Staffing and employee supervision
Managing Processes and developing standards,
Promoting Process Improvement,
